Starter Buddy tests the health of the vehicle’s electrical starting/cranking circuit. Slow cranks and no cranks are most likely caused by excessive voltage drops (resistance). RETURN POLICY
When exchanging or returning of an item, it must be accompanied by receipt and in its original packaging. Sale and regular priced merchandise can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping fees will apply. We reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the customer.

25% restocking fee will be charged on all returns. Delivery fees and oversize fees are non-refundable.

Shipping
Most standard orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. At this time, we currently do not offer expedited shipping options. Your final shipping cost and estimated delivery timeframe will be available to you at checkout.
