The Atlas® Platinum PVL9BP is a 9000 LB capacity, base-plate two-post lift designed for professional service centers. The open-top design of this lift makes it ideal for garages with low ceilings or for customers who don’t want to worry about the limitations of a top beam. The total column height is 111 1/8″ (9′ 3 1/8″). The Atlas® Platinum PVL9BP can lift a range of the most common vehicles on the market, both foreign and domestic, while also having the capacity to handle both full-size pickups and commercial vehicles.

The Atlas® Platinum PVL9BP is ALI Certified and backed by one of the Industry’s best warranties for an added piece of mind.

The Atlas® Platinum PVL9BP features a premium ALLY power unit which is certified by MET Laboratories Inc. for electrical compliance in the United States and Canada. Extra heavy-duty armatures and more motor windings with increased silver metal included in the wires and connections create far less heat generation and allow ALLY Hydraulic power units to maintain constant torque through the lifting process. This power unit also carries an industry leading two-year limited warranty.

RETURN POLICY
When exchanging or returning of an item, it must be accompanied by receipt and in its original packaging. Sale and regular priced merchandise can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping fees will apply. We reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the customer.

25% restocking fee will be charged on all returns. Delivery fees and oversize fees are non-refundable.

You can choose to have a refund returned to you by the original form of payment or receive a store credit.

Damaged/ Defective Items
Please provide photos of damage merchandise AND shipping box, SKU number and order number.

Shipping
Most standard orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. At this time, we currently do not offer expedited shipping options. Your final shipping cost and estimated delivery timeframe will be available to you at checkout. Some items may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery timeframe due to holidays and/or shipping carriers. Our standard shipping method is ground or USPS shipping.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

My shipping address is different than my billing address. What do I do?

Due to the high amount of credit card fraud, we now require online orders to have the same shipping/billing address. We can override this requirement if you place the order over the phone or if you call/email us after you place the order and request a different shipping address.

My order didn't go through but my card has been charged. How do I get my money back?

If you tried to use an address that did not match the billing address on the card, our credit card processor will decline the transaction. 95% of the time, your funds will be available immediately. If they are not, you will need to contact your bank and ask them when they update their systems.

Its been 12 hours, where is my stuff?!? I needed it yesterday!

If you got a tracking number, please check it on USPS.com. If you get the message that the label doesn't exist, its because USPS hasn't refreshed their system yet. Sometimes it will take 12-16 hours for USPS to record that they picked up a package. If you call us and ask where your package is, we will ask you your order number and then tell you the above information

I think my package has been lost. What do I do now?

Call us. Please have your order number ready. We will have USPS do a trace on the package.
