The Atlas® APEX9 ALI certified 4 post lift is a heavy duty hobbyist and commercial grade lift and is a true 9000 LB lift. The APEX9 is extra long and allows the lift to handle some of the longest wheel base vehicles out there. The APEX9 is also extra wide allowing even Diesel Duallys to be driven onto the runways. The APEX9 also features extra lift height so everything from Smart Cars® to a Dually can be parked both below and on the runways.

The Atlas® APEX9 is even heavier than the Garage PRO9000 making it one of the heaviest portable hobbyist lifts on the market. The APEX9 has many of the features of the Atlas® Garage PRO9000 lift including free plastic drip trays and a free steel jack tray. Also available for purchase with this lift is a caster kit with polyurethane wheels. The caster kit can be installed or removed in just a matter of minutes making the lift portable and allowing it to move between bays or even outside. Finally, the Atlas® APEX9 features "tracks" between the runways to allow the use of a rolling bridge jack (such as the Atlas® RJ6BK) on the lift.

The commercial grade features and ALI Certification of the Atlas® APEX9 make this lift the perfect choice for automotive service centers or the "Mr. Homeowner" that needs a PORTABLE professional four post lift.

RETURN POLICY
When exchanging or returning of an item, it must be accompanied by receipt and in its original packaging. Sale and regular priced merchandise can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping fees will apply. We reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the customer.

25% restocking fee will be charged on all returns. Delivery fees and oversize fees are non-refundable.

You can choose to have a refund returned to you by the original form of payment or receive a store credit.

Damaged/ Defective Items
Please provide photos of damage merchandise AND shipping box, SKU number and order number.

Shipping
Most standard orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. At this time, we currently do not offer expedited shipping options. Your final shipping cost and estimated delivery timeframe will be available to you at checkout. Some items may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery timeframe due to holidays and/or shipping carriers. Our standard shipping method is ground or USPS shipping.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

My shipping address is different than my billing address. What do I do?

Due to the high amount of credit card fraud, we now require online orders to have the same shipping/billing address. We can override this requirement if you place the order over the phone or if you call/email us after you place the order and request a different shipping address.

My order didn't go through but my card has been charged. How do I get my money back?

If you tried to use an address that did not match the billing address on the card, our credit card processor will decline the transaction. 95% of the time, your funds will be available immediately. If they are not, you will need to contact your bank and ask them when they update their systems.

Its been 12 hours, where is my stuff?!? I needed it yesterday!

If you got a tracking number, please check it on USPS.com. If you get the message that the label doesn't exist, its because USPS hasn't refreshed their system yet. Sometimes it will take 12-16 hours for USPS to record that they picked up a package. If you call us and ask where your package is, we will ask you your order number and then tell you the above information

I think my package has been lost. What do I do now?

Call us. Please have your order number ready. We will have USPS do a trace on the package.
