The Atlas® APEX8 is an ALI Certified version of our most popular 4-post hobbyist lift, the Atlas® Garage PRO8000. Perfect for the customer with too many cars and not enough space. The APEX8 allows the user to easly double their space by stacking most passanger cars.

The Atlas® APEX8 is designed and built for use by homeowners or restoration shops. This lift is not recommended for use in commercial repair shops where it would be raised and lowered several times per day.

The Atlas® APEX8 is nearly 200 lbs. heavier than comparable lifts in the market. It also includes free plastic drip trays and a free steel jack tray. A caster kit with polyurethane wheels (sold separately) is also available for the APEX8. The caster kit can be installed or removed in just a matter of minutes making the lift portable and allowing it to move between bays or even outside. With those features and with the added peace of mind of the ALI Certification the APEX8 is one of the best values in our four-post hobbyist product line.

RETURN POLICY
When exchanging or returning of an item, it must be accompanied by receipt and in its original packaging. Sale and regular priced merchandise can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping fees will apply. We reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the customer.

25% restocking fee will be charged on all returns. Delivery fees and oversize fees are non-refundable.

You can choose to have a refund returned to you by the original form of payment or receive a store credit.

Damaged/ Defective Items
Please provide photos of damage merchandise AND shipping box, SKU number and order number.

Shipping
Most standard orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. At this time, we currently do not offer expedited shipping options. Your final shipping cost and estimated delivery timeframe will be available to you at checkout. Some items may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery timeframe due to holidays and/or shipping carriers. Our standard shipping method is ground or USPS shipping.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

My shipping address is different than my billing address. What do I do?

Due to the high amount of credit card fraud, we now require online orders to have the same shipping/billing address. We can override this requirement if you place the order over the phone or if you call/email us after you place the order and request a different shipping address.

My order didn't go through but my card has been charged. How do I get my money back?

If you tried to use an address that did not match the billing address on the card, our credit card processor will decline the transaction. 95% of the time, your funds will be available immediately. If they are not, you will need to contact your bank and ask them when they update their systems.

Its been 12 hours, where is my stuff?!? I needed it yesterday!

If you got a tracking number, please check it on USPS.com. If you get the message that the label doesn't exist, its because USPS hasn't refreshed their system yet. Sometimes it will take 12-16 hours for USPS to record that they picked up a package. If you call us and ask where your package is, we will ask you your order number and then tell you the above information

I think my package has been lost. What do I do now?

Call us. Please have your order number ready. We will have USPS do a trace on the package.
